Increasing retention of drivers and lowering turnover are of critical concern to any business in the transportation industry. For MYCO Driver, hiring qualified drivers who become long term employees is key. MYCO Driver addresses these issues and strives to reduce the employee turnover rate with each client. 

Before considering an applicant we initiate a Pre-Screen, our qualifying questionnaire, which allows us to find out more about the driver and their work experience. If it is determined that the driver is a potential fit for our client, we screen further, targeting the client's specific needs.

After careful review, we select only the most qualified drivers for our client. Any drivers we introduce to our clients will be properly screened and prepared for the interview and/or orientation process
